WORTH COUNTY COURTHOUSE

Courthouse hours are 8:30 to 4:30, Monday through Friday. Closed
on all Federal and State holidays.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court and Recorder of Deeds is all in one office.
Records in this office that are of the most interest to researchers are
the Deed Records and Marriage Records. The Probate Court Clerk maintains
all of the estate records as well as guardianship records.
Please send all of your requests to the Office of the Circuit Clerk,
Worth County Courthouse, Grant City, MO 64456. Please only
request one record search per writing. PLEASE,
when requesting information from any of the County offices, include a SELF-ADDRESSED
STAMPED ENVELOPE. Photo copies of documents are $1.00 per page for
UNCERTIFIED copies.
